Communicating Your Value Proposition


With so much time and focus being centred on the procedural and documentary requirements of FOFA in the last 12 months,many advisers have struggled to communicate their Value Proposition to their clients. Although perfecting processes and documentation are essential requirements under the new legislation, they do not go to the heart of your Value Proposition. The heart of your Value Proposition is all about client engagement and relationship skills.

This session will dispel some of the myths and purge some of the demons that exist in the areas of "value", "justifying a fee" and "positioning" with your clients.

It will also identify 5 Key Steps that advisers can incorporate into their initial advice process in order to add real value to their client relationships and it will detail the beneficial outcomes that each step will produce for both adviser and client.
