It will establish a simple and comprehensive checklist of golden rules for client meetings all the way through from the meet and greet stage to the getting to know you stage to the identification of the client’s wants stage to the presentation of the solutions stage and ultimately through to the commitment to business stage.

By constant reference to the checklist after every client meeting, you will find that doing the things that you should be doing in client meetings and not doing the things that you shouldn’t be doing will become second nature sooner rather than later.
